Clark County offers a wide array of recreational opportunities, including community fitness centers, neighborhood and rural parks, numerous sports leagues for adults and children, over 100 miles of trails, and a selection of fine 9 and 18 hole golf courses.

Vancouver's fitness centers, such as the Firstenburg Community Center, the Vancouver Tennis Center, and the Marshall Community Center, offer well-maintained facilities in friendly atmospheres. The county also boasts a wide array of public parks, which range from those tucked in neighborhoods, to scenic and sprawling parks alongside lakes and rivers. Also of note are nearby state parks— Paradise Point, Battle Ground Lake, and Beacon Rock—offering picknicking, overnight camping, and hiking.
