Parks & Trails

Whether one is looking to jog, picnic, bike, horseback ride, bird-watch, swim, or simply wander through the meadows and forests, Clark County has a multitude of parks, wildlife refuges, and trails suited to anyone's needs.

They range from the massive forest parks of rural Clark County, to family oriented neighborhood parks of Vancouver, to a vast and growing network of trails: such as the 154-acre Lewisville Park on the East Fork of the Lewis River; the four-mile Waterfront Renaissance Trail, punctuated by picnic areas and shops; the suburban Salmon Creek Park; and the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge.
