Central Vancouver
Vancouver's central area, between the freeways, includes the city's historic zones just east of I-5 and public land, agencies and schools, including Clark College. A bit farther east, on McLoughlin Heights, are a variety of neighborhoods, including Southcliff, DuBois Park and Evergreen Highlands, with their classic and northwest contemporary homes on park-like streets. Farther north, beyond the city limits, are mixtures of suburban neighborhoods with single-family homes and apartments.
